About course change/cancellation
・Date, time, location, and content may change due to the circumstances of the instructor. In that case, we will contact you in advance by email or phone.
1 The lecturer in charge of the course will inform you of any unforeseen circumstances (accident, illness, congratulations or condolence, etc.)
- Courses may be canceled, changed, or postponed in the following cases.
1 Traffic strike - When a natural disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake occurs (or is likely to occur)
3 When it is judged that holding a course is dangerous, such as a riot or a coup - Due to the convenience of the facility (renovation work, inspection, etc.)
- In addition, when it is determined that the course cannot be held due to force majeure.
・If it is determined that the course cannot be held as scheduled, we will contact you in advance to coordinate with those who are planning to attend, and we will take procedures such as rescheduling to the next schedule.
Payment of tuition fees
・Tuition fees must be paid in advance. Please make a transfer at the URL described in the reply email after applying.
・Please bear the transfer fee.
Cancellation after application
・Refund of tuition fees (cancellation due to student circumstances)
After the transfer, the date and time of the course will be confirmed. After confirmation, the full amount of the tuition fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change schedule for customer convenience
If you have no choice but to change the schedule for the following reasons, we will accept the schedule change if you can contact us at least 3 hours before the course reservation time. In that case, please contact us in advance by email or phone.

Cancellation on the day / Cancellation without notice
If you continue to cancel on the day or cancel without notice, we will refuse to make a reservation from the next time, or only make a reservation on the day.
